Service Description
Your wedding day is full of unforgettable moments. This package provides comprehensive photography coverage to capture your ceremony, portraits, and candid memories with professionalism and warmth. Package includes: - 4 hours of continuous wedding day coverage - Your chosen wedding venue within reasonable travel distance - Up to two outfit or location changes (if applicable) - A private digital gallery with 100+ fully edited, high-resolution images delivered within 3-4 weeks - Pre-wedding consultation to discuss your vision and schedule Pricing: - Total session fee: $1,000 - Deposit: $250 (non-refundable) due at booking to secure your date Additional information: - Additional coverage hours available at $200 per hour if you want more than 4 hours (must be arranged in advance) - 30 extra fully edited images for additional hours paid for -Travel fees apply for venues outside of Utah County -Client is encouraged to provide a wedding day timeline to help capture key moments Wild Bear Graphics is not responsible for weather or circumstances beyond control but will do its best to deliver beautiful images regardless Booking Process: - All wedding bookings are manually approved to ensure availability and personalized service. - Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive two emails from me containing: - Your booking confirmation - Your wedding contract to review and sign & A wedding questionnaire to help me capture your vision perfectly Please check your inbox—and if you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case!
Cancellation Policy
📖 Wedding Booking Policy – Wild Bear Graphics Deposit & Payment: - A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. - The remaining balance is due on or before the wedding day. Travel Fees: - Travel within 30 miles of Lehi, Utah is included. - 31–60 miles: $50 travel fee - 61–100 miles: $100 travel fee - 100+ miles: Custom quote based on distance, time, and lodging needs. - Travel fees will be discussed and confirmed during booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for partial refund eligibility (excluding deposit). - Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. Image Delivery: - Final gallery delivered within 3–4 weeks after the wedding. - Includes at least 120 professionally edited photos. Additional Coverage: - Extra time can be added for $200/hour, which includes approx. 20–30 more edited photos per hour. - Model Release - Clients may opt in or out of allowing Wild Bear Graphics to use images for portfolio, website, or social media use. Image Use Policy: Wild Bear Graphics may use photos for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.
