Wild Bear Outfitters is looking for motivated, confident, and hardworking Phone Sales Representatives to help grow our custom apparel business through outbound calling and relationship building.

This is a remote, commission-based sales position focused on generating new customers and helping businesses create custom branded apparel they’re excited to wear.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses
• Introduce custom apparel and branding services
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Follow up with leads and interested businesses
• Help businesses place custom apparel orders
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication
• Track leads and sales activity
